Yiyili Aboriginal Community School currently employs five classroom teachers and a performing arts teacher, as well as at least one Aboriginal Education Worker (AEW) for each classroom. There is also a non-teaching principal and a variety of other roles at the school including groundskeepers, cooks and cleaners. The school is committed to having a high level of community involvement in the day to day running of the school.
